Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer a seamless and secure shipping experience for our clients worldwide.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. We take great care in packaging each watch to ensure it arrives safely.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer worldwide FREE shipping on all orders.
3. Shipping Origin
All watches are shipped from our location in Spain.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- European Union and USA: 5-10 business days
- International (Rest of World): 10-21 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. International Buyers
European Union: VAT is included in the price.
USA: as required by the new US Tariff law effective August 2025, the price includes tariffs and custom duties, as these must be pre-paid by the sender. State sales tax is not included in the price.
Rest of the world: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You can contact us for more info.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return window.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your watch. After 7 days, the sale is considered final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:
- In the exact same, unaltered condition as when you received it.
- Unworn, undamaged, and not resized or modified in any way.
- Not taken to a third party (such as a watchmaker) even if only for inspection.
- Returned with all original packaging, papers, and any accessories that were included.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear or has been altered from its original state. Due to the unique nature of vintage timepieces, this policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our collection.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us within the 7-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await Instructions: We will reply with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the watch back to us. Do not ship the item before receiving our instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the watch and ship it back to us using a tracked and insured shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and full insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. The original free shipping cost and pre-paid tariffs may be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We may also offer a free repair and re-shipping if applicable.
- If the return is rejected because the item has been worn, damaged, or altered, we will ship the item back to you at your expense.
