ZENITH art deco vintage pocket watch, with in-house 18.28.1.P.E movement, Swiss made in the 1930s, case of 49 mm, hand-wound (mechanical, no battery!), working fine and serviced.

Zenith, a revered Swiss watch manufacturer, was founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot in Le Locle, making it one of the oldest continually operating watchmakers. Zenith quickly established a reputation for high precision and innovative movements, accumulating over 2,333 chronometry prizes throughout its long and illustrious history. Vintage Zenith watches are highly sought after by collectors for their historical significance, technical prowess, and timeless design, embodying the brand’s commitment to accuracy and craftsmanship.

This piece has a metal case and dial – please refer to the photos. Water resistance has not been tested, therefore it must be treated as NON-waterproof.
The watch also features a new metallic chain and will be delivered in a new padded box as seen in the photos, for a better protection during transportation and for a smart and safe storing once you receive it.

As with any other vintage mechanical watch, exact accuracy cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on many factors, including your kind of use. It has been regulated in different positions to minimize the average time gain/loss. After the purchase, you can let me know if you will be using it with dial up or with pendant up so that I regulate it accordingly before shipping. The watch has been serviced in August 2025.
